From the 7th of August we will be allowing clients back into the building but the following rules will apply to protect our staff and clients so please take notice...
Please call reception to let us know you are here and then wait in your car.
One person will be able to accompany their pet into the practice, the nurse will call you in and escort you to the room. Please do not touch any door handles/surfaces etc on your way through. The nurse will also escort you back out after your appointment.
You will need to wear a mask when coming in and sanitise your hands before entering the building.
One metre social distancing to be maintained.
Payment can then be made over the phone or in practice, only one client will be allowed in reception at a time. All payments will need to be taken remotely or via contactless method.
Collecting medication/flea & worming/food
Only one person is allowed in the reception area at a time. Please wait outside keeping a safe distance from the front door and other clients, when you enter reception please stand to the left of the waiting room in the marked area.
If you would prefer not to enter the practice you are welcome to call from outside and we can put your products on the blue box outside the front door as we are doing now.
Payment should be made when ordering or can be done contactless on collection if under £45.
Please ensure reception doorway is kept clear at all times to allow staff and clients to come in and out safely.
