Remembering Our Pets

Saying farewell to some much-loved patients

"Katrina was a part of my life for 19 years. I called her my millennial cat and my dwarf panther! I will miss her dearly and she will always be in my heart"

"Started on the streets of Ireland, when rescued by a family who could not cope with his discructive ways. Brought to England in 2004 to work as a drug dog with me at 3 yrs old. Stayed with us for the rest of his life to reach 18 1/2. Since his passing we still look for him"

"I lost my friend Toby, my eyes are filled with tears
I thank him for fiftenn happy years"

Mrs Gowers

"In loving memories of our little cat Taz, who was taken from us so suddenly on 23rd September 2019.  He is sadly missed by his brother Teeko and his playmate, our Shih Tzu, Toshi, and of course mum and dad (Barry and Brenda) who miss his cuddles so very much.  Rest in peace little Taz xxx"

"Am heartbroken to have said goodbye to my Doofus after 13 years. I adopted him when he was two, and a scared, nervous, and mischievous boy. After being told we weren’t welcome at one training school, we found an outdoor one that was perfect to train us both :). He learnt to keep calm around other dogs that he loved a bit too much, and that not all people should be feared, becoming a gentle giant that everyone loved. Much love to Wigmore vets for their patience and care as we found our feet and paws. We eventually made it into the waiting room, usually calmly. Am missing my loony, hilarious shadow every day, and I hope he’s running riot somewhere xx"

"Charlie has been part of our family for 16 years.  Very easy to please, as long as he had food in his bowl and a cosy lap to sit on, he was happy.  His one claim to fame was getting stuck up a tree in the garden on a very wet and windy night resulting in a rescue involving a not quite long enough ladder and lots of coaxing!  He saw our children leave home, get married and have children of their own, but Charlie was always there.  Thank you, Charlie, for 16 happy years"

Sadly missed by Shae

"We had never owned a dog before Pippa bounced into our lives, advertised on the internet as a rescue puppy.  Pippa had never been in a garden or out for a walk and she was 7 months old.  The first few months we wondered what we had let ourselves in for as she barked 24/7.  But then she realised how much love we had for her and she settled down into our family and returned the love.  She was beautiful but stubborn and we wouldn’t have had her any other way.  Love and miss you Pippa x"

"Freddie was a most gentle Staffie, much loved and very much missed by all his family. He was with us for 14 years and it's hard to believe he is no longer here. We really miss taking him for the walks he so enjoyed.
Freddie, always in our thoughts and hearts"

"A gentle, happy piggy - forever missed and always remembered xx"

The Bucklee's

"The most beautiful cat in the world.  Mabel came to us at only 5 weeks old but was cruelly taken at not even 2 years old.  I will miss my little fluffy bath buddy"

Receptionist Suzi

"Our beautiful Roxy bear. Letting you go was the hardest thing we’ve ever had to do.  We took away your pain that day but ours began. You gave us the most amazing 10 years girl and for that we are forever thankful. You showed us love without words and when our best wasn’t enough you showed us unconditional love. Run free girl, a piece of our hearts are with you xxxxxxxx"

"Our Garfield (the cat that thought he was a dog). Couldn't climb but sure knew how to love his mummies.  Will miss him always"

Bernice and Debbie Turner

"How blessed were we, to have you in our lives for almost 14 wonderful years? You were so loving, funny and loyal (and stubborn in equal measures!) and Nanny and I learned just as much from you, as you did from us.
We miss you so very much, and that will never change, but we are so happy you are no longer suffering and can now play with your brother, Louis, and all the other doggies who have sadly left us.
Run free my beautiful boy"
