Each question had 5 possible answers – Very poor, Poor, Good, Very good, Excellent.

The survey did not include a question about waiting times but we are aware and note from some of your comments that this is an area we need to improve. Since mid-July, we have allocated increased time for appointment slots and we will monitor if this is helping.

Although for us the animals are of paramount importance, we understand that our profession is also a service industry and our vision and goal is to provide exceptional personal client care.

So any feedback, good or bad, from you our clients, can only benefit us all.
